Meetings and Access

The Parish Council meets on the first Monday of each month in the Committee Room at The Village Hall on Middleton Road. The Annual Parish Meeting, for all electors, is held every May, in the Village Hall.

The Parish Council also has a sub committee, which has delegated powers to manage Barry's Fields Sports Ground & Pavilion. Meetings are held monthly at the premises each month. For details of dates and times click here.

If you would like to attend and require further information or assistance please contact us and we will do all that we reasonably can to facilitate your visit. If you would like to record, film, or transmit from within the meeting, including using social media please let us know so that we are aware in advance and can make appropriate arrangements.

Every meeting is held in public, and the agenda, along with all public notices, is posted on the Public Notice Board at The Recreation Ground, Village shop on the PC noticeboard and at the bus stop at the junction of Gunville Hill and Mill Lane and on this website.
